Q. Can I do split payments?A. Yes, If you would like to do split payments I accept 50% for the 1st payment and in order to finish your commission I will need the final payment.❤Q. Can I commission you to draw in an art style you don't have an example of?A. That depends on the art style, However I am open to replicate styles based on cartoons and video games.❤Q. What if I want my commission to be private?A. For private commissions I will charge a 10% privacy fee. This will exclude your commission from being shown on my Socials or being used to Promote my work.❤Q. How can I check my commission status?A. If you would like to check your commission status I keep track of everything on Trello!❤
Q. Can I hire you for voice acting?

General INFO

❤ By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.❤ I will send you the full resolution picture.❤ Extra Characters are double the price. (excluding background).❤ I will always send you a sketch for your approval before starting the line art.❤ You are allowed to make 3 changes to a sketch before I start charging extra fees.❤ If I miss any details you can ask for the changes free of charge. As long as they are changes I missed from your description. If you add new details after I started the lineart, I'll have to charge you extra.❤ If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, an extra fee of 50% will be added. (Example: Reproducing and selling the artwork, using it as selling merch.)❤ References must be clear, coloured and full body. If multiple references are given and there are inconsistencies any corrections will be an extra charge.❤ The price will increase if you want a very high detailed drawing.❤ I reserve the right to cancel any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable or if you have been proved troublesome in any way.❤ If you would like to be on my wait list a non-refundable $10 down payment will be required to secure a slot. If the commission price is above $100 usd then you will need to place a 10% down payment.❤ If you do not reply, provide references, and send the remainder of your payment within 15 days after I send you the message asking for those things, you will lose your placement and deposit.
This is to prevent people from claiming slots impulsively and cancelling at the last minute or not responding when it is their turn. Not only is this unfair for me, but to those who are serious about commissioning. So make sure you are 100% sure you want to commission me before sending a message!

USAGE POLICY

When reposting my work credit is appreciated @CuteyTCat❤ If you would like me to wait before posting the commission please let me know beforehand.As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do the following:❤ Post/display the commission anywhere I want (As the commissioner you will receive credit on the post unless stated otherwise).❤ Promote myself with it anywhere.❤ Post "work in progress" photos or videos on my social media during the process.As a commissioner you may:❤ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page.
Credit @CuteyTCat❤ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale. (50% fee if artwork is used for commercial use)❤ Use it as decoration for your Social media as your icon or banner.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

❤ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (this means making money in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.❤ Take credit for the art.❤ Remove my watermarks /signatures.

Payment Process

❤ I accept Paypal and Ko-fi.❤ I will add you to my to-do list once payment and details are given.❤ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.

Work Speed

❤ Check my Trello for status updates.❤ I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.❤ You may make changes to your commission as long as I haven't started it yet.❤ If you need your commission by a certain date or you just don't want to wait. A 20% rush fee will be added to your charge giving your commission priority to be finished.
Rush orders may not be accepted if my current workload is too overwhelming or the request date is unreasonable.

Changes

❤ Any changes that need to be made because of a mistake on my part (that was clearly specified on the references) will be fixed with no extra charge❤ Be sure to specify which pose and angle you want (with references) before the sketch phase.
Medium/minor changes are allowed after I start the sketch.
Big changes (such as different pose or angle) that require me to discard the current sketch will have an extra charge of $10~$30 per character (depending on how complex the sketch was)
If you don't specify what you want, I'll assume you want to give me freedom to draw any pose. Make sure to be clear in your order with what you want.

REFUNDS

❤ Refunds will be given if commission hasn't been started (Expect the Waitlist fee charge)❤ If a commission is only 50% complete and you want a refund you will receive a 50% refund.❤ Once a commission is finished you can no longer ask for a refund. You are allowed to make some final changes if you wish. Any large changes will cost extra.
